About us

The events are organised by a few volunteers. We make sure there are a few Dutch natives at each event, and that there are games, coffee, and so on.

The location

We have our events in the common room of Anna & Co. This building used to house the Ministry of Social Affairs. After they left the building got repurposed, and now a part of it is home for refugees and students, who live there together. The language cafe events are open for the residents to join, and are a way for the residents to learn Dutch and get in touch with other people!
